Dear ARIS Students and Parents/Guardians,

We still have spaces available in some of our clubs. Please click the link below if you would like to join one or more of them - Yes! You can join more than one club at this time - even if you are already in a club!

Once this round of club sign-ups closes, please give our advisors a few days to confirm their rosters and then they will email you if you made it into a club.

Dear ARIS Parents/Guardians & Students,

Due to the observance of Rosh Hashanah this weekend, we are updating when our clubs sign-ups will take place. The new date is Monday, September 18 and the start time is 7:00 PM. Once again, club sign-ups will begin this coming Monday (September 18) at 7:00 PM in the evening. Please be sure to review all the information below.

1. Remember, club sign-ups begin on Monday, September 18 at 7:00 PM and will close on Thursday September 21 at 4:00 PM.

2. Bookmark the 2023-24 Club Sign-Up Link. This link will not be active until Monday, September 18 at 7:00 PM

3. Students should complete the club sign-up form with parent/guardian oversight since parents/guardians will need to acknowledge that there is a one time $25 activity fee that needs to be paid prior to the start of club meetings, as well as confirm transportation to or from the club. Please do not send in the activity fee until your child is notified that he/she is in a club.

4. Student's six-digit student I.D. number will be needed to complete the sign-up form. Please have this handy!

5. Students should only use their school email to personal emails & no parent/guardian emails.

6. Clubs will be filled on a first come, first served basis. For example, if a club can support 20 students, only the first 20 will be invited to participate in the club.

7. Students will be able to submit their name for one club only. We understand this poses a problem since there are no guarantees that you will get into the club of your choice. (Continue reading)

8. Once the Club Sign-Up process is closed, each club advisor will finalize their club roster and email each student who made it into the club. This may take up to a week to send out the emails.

9. Students who did not get into the club of their choice will receive an email and link which will provide them early access to try to sign up for any one club that has not yet been filled. 

10. There will be opportunities throughout the year to join other clubs and activities i.e., Choir, IRUN & BLUR (running clubs), Drama, Talent Show, and Shark Tank. Students will be able to join or try out (Drama) for any and all of these clubs without restrictions.
