Join a sports team, a dance group, a gym or just go out, walk / run, ride a bike & play with friends
60 minutes of physical activity is recommended on most days of the week
Learn to accept the changes in your life!
Change is inevitable & provides invaluable opportunities for growth
Save screen time for after your activities!
Limit it to less than 2 hours while at home.
Learn to laugh especially at yourself
Surround yourself with positive thoughts and positive friends.
Take responsibility for yourself
Choose to be a good friend to yourself
