ARSHSA Donates Money to Local Organizations

ARSHSA Donates Money to Local Organizations
Posted on 07/23/2020

This year has been nothing close to normal for the 6th grade students at Auten Road Intermediate School.  In years past, the 6th grade class celebrated their end of parting days at ARIS with a class trip to Forest Lodge and an outdoor school event “the Carnival”.  And as the students depart on their final day, they receive a small gift from the ARSHSA (Auten Road School Home School Association) to wish the 6th Grade Class well as they move onto the Middle School.  This year, all of those traditional events were canceled.  In it’s place, the 6th grade class voted to make a donation to some worthy causes.  The ARIS 6th grade class donated $500 to the Hillsborough Pantry and $500 to the Boro Safe organizations (funded by ARSHSA). Best of luck to the ARIS 6th graders as they move onto the HMS.
