Community Pass


How to Register/Link Account

 For your convenience ARSHSA is partnered with Community Pass to accept and process registrations and payments for HSA programs/activities/product purchases.  As you may already know, Community Pass is being used locally by the Hillsborough Township Parks and Recreation Dept. and some of the elementary schools in town. 

 Using Community Pass means less paper forms, no more lost forms and increased accuracy with your family information.  You also now have the ability to pay by credit or debit card for registrations.

 ARSHSA’s Community Pass will be set up to accept:

Invest In Your Child donations        Friend Finder/ Membership registrations

Orders for:   Discount Cards     Logo Wear    Yearbooks     Chromebook Folder Cases                      
                      Kidstuff Coupon Books

There is only one login entry for Community Pass required per family –
so if you already have an account you can use the same username and password, however you must link your current account to ARSHSA.

To link your current CommunityPass account to ARSHSA You must visit the website:

Once you successfully Sign In as an “Existing User”, Select Auten Road Intermediate School - HSA from the “Switch to a Different Community” drop-down list, then follow steps 1-3.

1.  Select the Activity you want to register for from the “Register Now” drop-down list

2.  Click “Register Now” and follow the simple steps to complete your registration.

3.  Enter your credit or debit card information and process payment.

After you have registered or made a donation/purchase you will receive email confirmation and receipt for your payment.
