Club sign-ups will begin this coming Monday, September 23. Please review ALL the information below.
1. Club Sign-Ups will begin on Monday, September 23rd at 6:30 p.m. and will remain open through Wednesday, September 25 at 8:30 a.m.
2. Students should complete the club sign-up form with a parent/guardian since students will need to be driven to school to participate in a club. In a few cases, a club may run after school so students will need to be picked-up by a parent/guardian.
3. Students will need to input their six-digit student I.D. number. to complete the sign-up form... Please have this handy.
4. Students will need to access the Google Form only using their school email only! No personal emails & no parent/guardian emails. Doing so will prevent you from accessing the form!
5. Clubs will be filled on a first come, first served basis. For example, if a club can support 20 students, only the first 20 will be invited to participate in the club.
6. Students will be able to submit their name for one club only. We understand this poses a problem since there are no guarantees that you will get into the club of your choice.
7. Once the Club Sign-Up process is closed, each club advisor will finalize their club roster and email students who made it into the club. This may take a few days to complete.
8. Students who did not get into the club of their choice will receive an email and link which will provide them early access to try to sign up for clubs that have not yet been filled.
